  • NSTO is an ‘Online’ National STEAM Olympiad Test.
  • Grade 3rd to Grade 12th can participate.

About ISTO

INTERNATIONAL STEAM OLYMPIAD is an online test platform which evaluates 21st century STEAM skills of child in a time bound manner. ISTO methodology is similar to other International Olympiads which includes Science, Mathematics, Logic & Reasoning, Coding and Technology. ISTO allows students from age 7 – 18 Years to test their STEAM Quotient.

The ISTO is open to the students of age group of 7 to 18.

Take NSTO exam

Participate in NSTO for at least twice (2 separate months)

Average score from 2 months (best score) will be considered

NSTO season finale (Sep-Oct)

National rankings across season will be published

Top ranking students from each cluster will be eligible for ISTO

NSTO FAQS:

Students of age group of 7 to 18 studying in any board like CBSE, ICSE, IB or any State Board can participate in this Olympiad.
  • For age group 7 to 9 years
    Four Sections ( Section 1,2 3 and 4) with 10 MCQs in each section The questions in this group are based on the age appropriate syllabus and is a mixed bag including basic science, mathematics and technology based concepts.
  • For age group 10 to 18 years
    Section 1: 10 MCQs on Data Handling
    Section 2: 10 MCQs on Reasoning
    Section 3: 10 MCQs on Steam
    Section 4: 10 MCQs on Coding
  • Duration for the test: 20 minutes for 40 questions
  • Marking for the Test:
    +1 for every right answer.
    -0.25 for every incorrect answer.
